Born in Senegal, Ciré has lived in 6 countries and is fully bilingual (English / French). His academic background on three continents, has led him to an Ivy League University. After Grad School, he began his professional career in management of development projects before specializing in public communications. He now works as an advisor to numerous West African statesmen and political figures. Very active on the volunteering field, he is also Curator of the Dakar hub of Global Shapers community of the World Economic Forum.
