Edson PEREIRA

Originally from Guinea-Bissau and Cabo Verde, as well as Amílcar Cabral, the father of the nationality of these two small African countries, he also shares the dream of changing Africa. He dreamed to be a computer technician and graduated in Technology and Information Systems from the Portucalense University in Oporto. Also in Portugal, Lisbon, he worked for seven years in two multinational companies, where he has developed as a consultant and manager. He returned to Guinea-Bissau with the entrepreneurial spirit and founded his own consulting firm. At this time, he is leading a state institution in the field of ICT and e-governance, which aims to change the public administration and improve people's lives through technology and innovation. It belongs also to the staff of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs Guineans, which aims to contribute to the youth and social entrepreneurship.
