Khady NAKOULIMA

Khady Nakoulima runs “Nest For All”, a company she started with her brother Ousseynou, in 2009, soon after graduating from Mines-Paristech, a top engineering school in France. Growing up in a family of doctors in Senegal, they were both concerned about the poor conditions in which women gave birth. Inspired by the social impact of hospital chains in India, they decided to start “Nest For All”, a network of clinics providing quality healthcare services for women and children at a reasonable cost. In 2012, they were joined by a team of Senegalese doctors and « Investisseurs et Partenaires », an Investment Fund investing essentially in African SMEs. Together, they set up two « NEST centers »: an outpatient clinic opened 24/7, providing pediatric and gynecology services and a 13-bed maternity hospital providing delivery services, surgery and hospitalization. “Nest For All” team has now grown to more than 40 employees and hosted more than 300 births in two years. We aim at reaching international standards of Quality before expansion.
