Elhadji GUEYE

Graduate in Economic Analysis and Policies, Elhadji Guéye has over 6 years’ experience in consultant for NGOs in youth issues. Both professionally and as a volunteer, he trains young people in entrepreneurship, leadership and life skills. He helps community associations to run projects and improve their internal management systems, and working with young entrepreneurs in agriculture to improve their businesses, as the majority of them are illiterate and live in disadvantaged areas. Former president of AIESEC in Senegal, and fellow of the Political Leadership Program of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation 2014, he co-founded in 2013 The Hand of Change, a platform for young people to make positive impact in their community by promoting education, gender equality, and environment protection. He aims for a career as expert in education, citizenship and youth policies in an international or regional organization.
